What a Training Looks Like

Introduction to Basketball
Introduce children to the fundamentals of basketball and improve motor skills.

Fundamentals of Ball Handling and Throwing
Develop ball control and throwing form.

Intermediate Skills. Passing, Defense and Court Knowledge
To improve defense skills and court knowledge.

Advanced Skills: shots, offensive movement and play
Focus on advanced shooting techniques and teamwork on offense.

Game situations and team play
Apply all skills learned to real game situations and establish team dynamics.
